Delivery

All goods will usually be despatched within 48 hours of receiving cleared payment (monday-friday).

If using Paypal delivery can only be made to the Paypal registered address, this is due to Paypal reversal rules and protection for sellers. If you wish to add an address within your paypal account, you can find this under the Profile section of Paypal.

Should your items require delivery by courier then the courier will deliver within 3-5 working days. All orders paid for by 12 noon will be despatched within 48 hours. The courier service is Monday - Saturday only. Goods may also be despatched by Royal Mail on a Saturday.

An email will be sent to you confirming that your items have been despatched. If you have not received your items within 5 working days of despatch date, then please email though the contact us link. 

Delivery
No Charge is made for initial delivery.

We do charge an order processing fee based on value of goods which is non refundable.

Order Processing Fee for orders up to £30 is £2.99, this covers printing and packaging costs. For all orders over £30 it is free

Delivery will be by Royal Mail or Courier, depending upon the weight of the goods purchased. Most orders will require a signature, and all are insured for transit. Please supply a suitable address where a signature may be obtained, within the guidelines for paypal payments.

If you require the goods to be left without a signature and wish to nominate a safe place, this information can be added to your order under special instructions. All deliveries are sent by tracked method and please be aware that under these circumstances, courier records of leaving goods per customer instructions will be proof of delivery and all liability and transit insurance ends there.
We are unable to add both requirements of signature and note to leave to the parcel instructions, so if you add a note to leave in a safe place, this instruction will be taken and no signature requirement added.  The option to leave in a safe place can only be accepted for orders under the value of £50 as we cannot apply the correct transit insurance for orders over £50 without a signature.


Please do not contact us after purchasing to request your item is left without a signature. Perfectlyboxed Ltd reserves the right to cancel the sale if this is done.

Delivery is to UK areas only, except per our delivery outside the UK page

Upon receipt of goods, you must write "Not Inspected" with your signature, we can only claim for damage in transit if this is done, as all couriers liability ends with a clean signature.
By giving the courier a clean signature you are signing that you have received your items in good condition and we will not entertain claims for damage when a clean signature has been given.
If your parcel arrives damaged, you must inform us by email within 48 hours. No claim for damaged items will be possible if you do not inform us promptly. The couriers require any claim to be made within 7 days of delivery, so time is needed to process the paperwork for any claim. 

Never refuse delivery, as this will incur a charge by the courier. If goods arrived damaged, please retain all packaging and contents and contact us immediately. 


Once goods have been despatched, we are unable to alter the delivery address.

In the event that our courier is unable to deliver due to there being no-one available at the delivery address, a calling card will be left. Please contact the couriers on the number written on the calling card to rearrange a suitable delivery time. The couriers will attempt delivery 3 times. They will only hold your parcel for 7 days before returning it to us as a failed delivery.  

A charge may be made for any failed delivery being returned parcel, refused delivery, incorrect address details or any other reason which results in the parcel being returned to us. This is not our charge but the cost imposed on us by the courier company. If a charge is made it will have to be charged on to the customer. 

A charge will also apply to change of address requests made after despatch of goods has been made. Please ensure all address details are correct and complete when going through the checkout. 

No charges are refunded in the case where no-one was available to accept delivery.

Please note we do not guarantee delivery for specific dates. We undertake to despatch your order within 1-2 working days of cleared payment, unless holiday notice is shown, but cannot be responsible for courier delays due to acts of god, including extreme weather conditions. 

Any item covered by a one year manufacturers warranty must be returned for testing, if fault occurs, prior to any refund or replacement. If no fault is found with item, or user error is the problem, cost of all postage is at the buyers expense.

All goods remain the property of Perfectlyboxed Ltd until cleared payment has been received. If payment via paypal fails at any stage after goods have been despatched, title to the goods remain with Perfectlyboxed Ltd.
