Payment may be made by Paypal or Credit card by using the paypal option.
Paypal acts as a virtual terminal for credit cards even if you don't have a paypal account and is fully secure.
The fascility has now been added to pay by cheque. If you choose this option, please send your cheque promptly as orders will only be held for 7 days before being cancelled. If you have any problems with sending a cheque please contact us.
All goods remain the property of Perfectlyboxed Ltd until cleared payment has been received. If payment via paypal fails at any stage after goods have been despatched, title to the goods remain with Perfectlyboxed Ltd. 


Delivery will be by Royal Mail or Courier, depending upon the weight of the goods purchased. Most items are sent out on a signed for basis, and all are insured for transit. Please ensure your paypal address is a suitable address where a signature may be obtained.

If you require the goods to be left without a signature and wish to nominate a safe place, this information can be added to your order under special instructions. All deliveries are sent by tracked method and please be aware that under these circumstances, courier records of leaving goods per customer instructions will be proof of delivery and all liability and transit insurance ends there.
We are unable to add both requirements of signature and note to leave to the parcel instructions, so if you add a note to leave in a safe place, this instruction will be taken and no signature requirement added. The option to leave in a safe place can only be accepted for orders under the value of £50 as we cannot apply the correct transit insurance for orders over £50 without a signature.

Due to paypal reversals we can only accept the paypal registered address for sending goods.  If paying by cheque or postal order, an alternative address may be used.

Delivery for all uk areas is free except for the Channel Islands. If you wish to purchase from the Channel Islands please contact us in advance for a quote for delivery services.

We do charge an order processing fee dependant upon value of parcel. The order processing fee in non refundable once orders have been processed for despatch.

An email will be sent confirming your order when it has been processed.

We no longer supply goods outside UK areas, except per our delivery outside the UK page, please see below for delivery outside uk.

Should your items require delivery by courier then the courier will deliver within 3-5 working days. All orders paid for by 12 noon will be despatched within 48 hours. This service is Monday - Friday only.

An email will be sent to you confirming that your items have been despatched. If you have not received your items within  5 working days, then please email though the contact us link.

Please ensure that if you sign for your parcel you write the words "NOT INSPECTED" next to your signature. All courier liability ends with a clean signature, so by signing your name you are accepting the parcel in good condition, and any parcel insurance ends there. If this is not done, we are unable to claim for items damaged in transit and no claim for damages will be entertained by the couriers. Any claim for damages must be made by email to us within 48 hours of delivery. No claim for damaged items will be possible if you do not inform us promptly. The couriers require any claim to be made within 7 days of delivery, so time is needed to process the paperwork for any claim. 

Never refuse delivery, as this may incur a charge by the courier. If goods arrived damaged, please retain all packaging and contents and contact us immediately.


Once goods have been despatched, we are unable to alter the delivery address.

In the event that our courier is unable to deliver due to there being no-one available at the delivery address, a calling card will be left. Please contact the couriers on the number written on the calling card to rearrange a suitable delivery time. The couriers will attempt delivery 3 times. They will only hold your parcel for 7 days before returning it to us as a failed delivery. 

A charge may be made for any failed delivery being returned parcel, refused delivery, incorrect address details or any other reason which results in the parcel being returned to us. This is not our charge but the cost imposed on us by the courier company.
The couriers may charge for return of parcel due to failed delivery and this will be passed on to the ordering customer. 
A charge will also apply to change of address requests made after despatch of goods has been made. Please ensure all address details are correct and complete when going through the checkout. 
No charges are refunded in the case where no-one was available to accept delivery.

Please note we do not guarantee delivery for specific dates. We undertake to despatch your order within 2 working days of cleared payment, unless holiday notice is shown, but cannot be responsible for courier delays due to acts of god, including extreme weather conditions. 

Delivery outside the UK
We can offer delivery outside the UK as a special service to EU countries but this depends upon the items you wish to purchase. We are not permitted by the couriers to transport ceramics/stoneware or glass items, so we would be unable to quote for these.

If you are interested in obtaining a quote for special courier cost to an EU country outside the UK, please place the items you would like into the basket and abandon the basket, email us with your name and we will quote you.

If you are happy with the cost, we can open the checkout to your country to allow you to purchase, and we will email a paypal money request for the special service courier cost.
Once paid we will book the courier for despatch.

Delivery would be fully tracked and insured and a signature upon delivery will be required, so please ensure a suitable delivery address is given when ordering with any delivery instructions to assist the courier. Once booked we cannot change address or delivery instructions.

Any special courier cost for delivery outside the UK would be non refundable once booked with the courier.

As the courier cost depends upon size and weight of parcel, each customer order will be quoted individually, we cannot offer fixed pricing through the normal automated checkout.

If you are not entirely delighted with the products that you have chosen you may return them to us within 14 days of receipt. We will be more than happy to offer you a refund provided that the products are returned complete, in perfect condition, unused, and unopened in their original product packaging. The item must be returned in the same condition and packaging as you received it, to be fully resaleable as new. All tamper tab seals must be in place and not voided by opening. We are only able to offer refunds for products returned within these guidelines.
Any item returned which does not comply with this policy will be returned to the buyer at their expense.
Please email us first before returning items, so that we know to expect their arrival, and please always obtain proof of postage. Include with the return item, details of your name, address and date of original purchase.

If you choose to return goods without recorded delivery, then they will not be insured for loss or damage in the post. This is at your discretion, but we can only refund items that arrive back in a resaleable condition.

All postage costs of returned goods are at the purchasers own expense.

If any item arrives with you that has been damaged in transit, please contact us within 48 hours, and a replacement will be sent out, wherever possible, or refund made. You must have signed for your item as "NOT INSPECTED" to claim for goods arriving damaged. If you have not done this then you have negated the parcel insurance and no claim will be entertained. All goods are inspected prior to despatch and we do not send out goods which are damaged.

If your product is faulty we will only refund the return postage rates per courier service www.myhermes.co.uk, who offer a collection from home service fully tracked and insured, with correct postal weight applied for the product, guidance for this will be given by email should you need to return any product. If you choose to use any other method for return, then any excess charge over and above myhermes rates will not be refunded.

Refunds will usually be processed within 48 hours of goods arrival, but may take up to 7 days.

Manufacturers Warranty
Any item covered by a one year manufacturers warranty must be returned for testing, if fault occurs, prior to any refund or replacement. If no fault is found with item, or user error is the problem, cost of postage is at the buyers expense and the item will be returned to the customer at their cost. Any item that is returned and has been clearly tampered with and warranty conditions not followed will not be eligible for refund or exchange. Please ensure you read and follow the product warranty details upon initial receipt of your goods. Any misuse or accidental damage to the product will not be covered by the warranty.
Any item returned must be returned complete with all cables, instruction manuals and manufacturers original product packaging.

Images contained on the site are for use as a guideline only. Exact colours cannot be guaranteed as each individuals screen settings are adjusted differently for colour and brightness.

Any costs incurred by Perfectlyboxed Ltd to recover outstanding debts including legal costs, via solicitors, debt collection agencies or court costs, will be added to the cost of any outstanding sum and will be payable by the debtor.
